School Photos:
Before the photo shoot:
Still Light Studios will work with the event contact to get the message out to all families regarding the date/time and that each student will need to bring a completed package order form along with the payment. Anyone who does not prepay on the day of the photoshoot will still be able to take photos but their online pricing will be 20% higher. There is strong incentive to prepay.
Day of the photo shoot:
As everyone arrives, they will turn in their prepay package order forms and payment. Everyone continues to focus on having complete fun!!
After the photo shoot:
There will be a 3-4 week turnaround duration to process the photos and make them available online. When the photos are ready online, each student/parent will receive a unique email giving the link to their gallery. Each student will have their own private gallery that is password protected.
- If you pre-payed on the day of the photo shoot, your prepayment will be converted to a credit code that you can use to complete your order online. Orders must be completed online to include sales tax and the shipping fee.
Everyone will also have the option to order additional photo poses online by adding to the shopping cart.
Sports Photos:

There is strong incentive to prepay.That prepayment will be fully implemented into a credit code to be redeemed at the time of online order checkout.
Day of the photo shoot:
As everyone arrives, they will turn in their release forms and prepayment. All students will also log into a laptop to associate names to faces. Everyone continues to focus on having complete fun!!
After the photo shoot:
There will be about a 3-4 week turnaround duration to process the photos and make them available online. Each student will receive a unique email giving the link to the gallery and their password and credit code. Each student will have their own private gallery that is password protected. Everyone will then have the option to view their photos and order online by adding to the shopping cart. Orders must be completed online to include sales tax and the shipping fee. If you pre-payed, your credit code must be applied at the end of checkout to reduce the total by the amount you prepaid.
Photobooth:
Before the event:
Still Light Studios will work with the event contact to get the message out to all attendees regarding the fantastic time they will have with our photobooth. Still Light Studios will also collect a non-refundable deposit upfront prior to the event. We will also work with the event contact to get an idea of the theme in order to provide a photobooth that supports that event theme.
Day of the photobooth:
The photobooth is a first come-first serve setup. As groups lineup to take their silly pictures, they will also sign into a laptop giving their name and email. That information is used to blast out notifications on when their photos are available online.
After the photobooth:
There will be a quick turnaround to get photos uploaded to a password protect private gallery. Emails will be sent out to all signed in participants stating photos are ready to view. Its THAT EASY!!!
Senior Portrait Session:
Before Your Session:
Be sure to keep your hair and clothing true to your own style as possible. Your session time and wardrobe changes will depend on what session you are doing, so bring plenty of options with you. A wardrobe bag is a great way to keep items clean and organized. We recommend a variety of casual and dressy options. Please consult with our "Senior Portrait Guide for Wardrobe, Hair and Makeup" for extensive wardrobe, hair and makeup suggestions.
During your Session:
We encourage you to bring an MP3 player with your favorite music to listen to during your session. Try to arrive a few minutes early, so we can make the most of your session time. If you would like to bring a memorabilia (like a musical instrument), that is perfectly fine. This adds an extra personal touch to your portraits.
After your session:
Once your session is complete, we will schedule a sales meeting within two weeks of the photoshoot at a location near you. At this meeting, you will see a slideshow of your portraits as well as a variety of our product samples. Our sales staff will help create a customized package that works for you. It is important that all decision makers attend this meeting. A full payment will be required to complete your order.
Your order will be ready for pickup anywhere from six to eight weeks from your order date. We will contact you when they are ready. If you would like to reorder from your session, we archive our files from the past 5 years.
